Abstract:
Purpose:
Motive of this observes is to analyze and compare the effect of innovative human useful
resource management practices on worker wellbeing of healthcare professionals. It is simply
to ascertain the connection in innovative HRM strategies and worker’s well-being.
Methodology & Design:
This study has used quantitative data collection method wherein (deductive research
approach). Research type was explanatory. Convenience sampling testing applied to select
patter size for quantitative data. We used questionnaire to get the respondent reviews about
these variables. The study's target and research population were healthcare sectors,
specifically private hospitals in Karachi with a sample of 220-300 Healthcare experts. While
collected data was analyzed using SPSS.
Findings: According to the findings, there seems to be powerful significant relation among
both HR (Innovative) management practices and worker's well-being of healthcare
professionals.
Limitations: The research impediments became the lack of studies on Innovative human
useful resource administration practices and worker well-being. Furthermore, the most
effective English language articles issued in global & legitimate datasets have been
examined, no other data sources, including internet sites, taken into account.
Recommendations: Based on the findings, we recommend new strategies, practices,
flexibility and must provide better working conditions for the employees by the human
resource management to boast up or increase employee’s wellbeing. This study implies that
hospitals should put an eye on these challenges and to introduce new HRM practices and
policies and facilitate talent management strategies implementation to retain theii healthcare
professional for the longer period oftime
