dc.description.abstract This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of green procurement practices on the performance of manufacturing industries in Pakistan. This study has reflected green procurement and its factor (Environmental Concerns, Supplier Collaboration, and Regulatory Pressure) as independent variables, whereas organizational performance is considered as the dependent variable in this study including the factors (Operational Performance, Economic Performance, and Environmental Performance). This research work has finalized the manufacturing industries of Pakistan such as (Cement, Textiles, Steel, Automobile, Electronics, Personal Care and Food) to validate the relationship between green procurement (independent variables) and organizational performance (dependent variable).In this research, the major emphasis was on proving the impact of green procurement practices on the performance of manufacturing industries in Pakistan. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through an adopted questionnaire regarding this literature, in which employees associated with the manufacturing industries of Pakistan have been requested to share their experiences regarding the effect of green procurement practices on organizational performance. Then to identify the result of data gathered from respondents, some of the statistical instruments that have been used in this study include descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, and coefficients to conduct the analysis within this study. Results derived through statistical instruments have shown that there exists a positive relationship between green procurement practices on the organizational performance of manufacturing industries in Pakistan en_US
