Stamp Bank of Pakistan

Abstract

The website is this project which is a display of my stamp collection on the World Wide Web. The purpose is to exhibit my vast compilation of rare and antique stamps of Paki stan. Other stamp lovers may also illustrate their collections through my site. The project intensively covers the major areas in a dynamic web site. A mix of tools is being used in the creation of the front-end. Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will make up the major portion of the graphics. These will be put into Macromedia Flash to gain optimum performance and a very presentable appearance. At the backend, Active Server Pages will control the database, which will be MS SQL 7.0 but might be imported to MS Access in order to meet cost limits. Finally, all will be put togeth er with Microsoft FronLPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver Ultradev.
