| dc.description.abstract | This study explores the key reinforcing factors of competitive advantage for Small and medium-sized enterprises in Pakistan. These factors include green production and green innovation. Mediation of competitive advantage between these factors and environmental performance is studied. SPSS 19.0 is used to estimate the empirical findings. The results showed that partial mediation of competitive advantage exists between green production and environmental performance. It is also proved that the relations between of green innovation and environmental performance is partially mediated by competitive advantage. The study concludes that role of green supply chain practices is extremely significant for generating competitive advantage over its rivals and it will eventually improve the environmental performance and hence plays significant role in achieving sustainability. | en_US |
