dc.description.abstract The purpose of the project is to identify the problems of Indus Motor Company (Toyota) in their supply chain and suggest improvements so that their operations can work smoothly and efficiently. First of all, research methodology is prepared to set the structure of the project. The major problem that has been discussed in this project is that the customers are unable to receive the product on time. To analyze this issue, problem analysis has been performed with the help of some journals, articles and customer reviews related to automobile industry which is Indus Motor Company in particular. The major problem being faced by Indus Motor Company is regarding on time delivery. The study revealed five factors associated with the problem. The issues identified are related to production, weak inventory, engine import delay and semiconductor chips shortages, employee empowerment and information technology issues. The secondary data collected from the literature and customer’s review was analyzed thoroughly. Based on the analysis of data specific recommendations are provided to Indus Motor Company at the end. If IMC adopts these recommendations, they can transform their organization in a better way. They can address to satisfy their customers. en_US
