| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The main objective of the research is to find out the impact of total quality management practices on the organizational performance of healthcare sector during COVID-19 in Karachi Methodology and Design: Cross sectional research design has adopted in the current research and the convenient sampling method is selected for collecting the data. A sample size of 384 research participant has obtained in the research and the collected data is analyzed by using different statistical analysis with the help of SPSS software. Findings: The findings of the study indicates that Total quality management practices has significantly and positively impacted the organizational performance of healthcare organizations during COVID-19. Limitations: Time constraint and COVID-19 restrictions are main limitations of the current research. Due to the restrictions, direct data collection from research respondent is not conducted. Recommendation: The study recommends that healthcare organizations must integrate total quality management practices in their business process for improving their organizational performance during COVID-19. | en_US |
