dc.description.abstract Nowadays Wheelchair has become a significant part of one who is not able to walk or carry out his daily life activities. The main objective of building this Simulator is make cost effective product to the user who are not financially sound. In this system user will interact with the simulator by using a mobile device using an application interface as it allows Bluetooth connectivity and after connecting it user can easily use touch commands to rotate the simulator like forward, backward, left, and right command. Similarly, user can also interact with simulator by giving voice input using a voice command in which user input command is converted into the text and associated actions like forward, backward, left, right and stop command which are used to operate wheelchair simulator. All these operations are performed using a mobile application that is developed in android. This Simulator allows a majority of people to facilitate from technological advancements and allows to improve standard of living. en_US
