Automation of Video Store for VR Jordache

Abstract

The main aim of this project is cater the basic need of those video stores which are running in every town and street. This particular software is based on the requirements of one of the video shop called V R Jordache. This shop is running the movie business since 15 years. They have a well developed and optimized paper system for their shops. As the time passes, the number of customer grew so large that cannot be . handled reliably by all the paperwork. Since the owner of the shop is very good friend of us, so we proposed hin1 a system fulfilling his requirements. As we spent some time by sitting in his shop, we came to know that what he really needs. What are his demands? We all are aware that the people here in Pakistan running these shops are not very learned and most of then1 are not familiar about the computers. So we decided that we should go for such platform which is familiar to the most people around. Finally we can1e to the point that if the user can work just like he is using internet and web browser, which will be just perfect. Tools used for the development of this project are H1ML, ASP 3.0, JavaScript and MS Access
