| dc.description.abstract | Managing quality is crucial for small businesses. Quality products help to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty and reduce the risk and cost of replacing faulty goods. Of the many standards and practices implemented across organizations, to improve the processes and quality, CMMI differentiates itself as a comprehensive approach to process improvement through a systems view of documented methods for managing quality, costs, and time for projects. Where a standards-based approach lends a minimum standard level of quality, the CMMI approach offers a continuous improvement model. For large scale organizations managing large military projects to small scale teams, CMMI can be leveraged to reduced costs of quality, while reducing the variances in project completion time and costs. My main target is to design web app which will provide suggestions or improvements to registered organizations. Suggestions will be strongly based on the quality model i.e., CMMI in order to assess and improve the current organization maturity level. | en_US |
