Abstract

The Assets Tracking System will keep track of all the Computer Hardware and Equipment in the university and all this will be done based upon the info provided by the system. A convenient data entry screen is used to enter and display information about each asset, including description, manufacturer, cost, and current location. Finding and displaying the record for a particular asset takes only a moment. Asset Tracking System is a utility designed to help keep track of what you have, who has it, and where it is. The Assets system is available for use on a single computer or on a network. When used on a network, the asset data is shared so that all users are working with up-todate infom1ation.
