Implementation of Task Tree at Metasonic BPO

Abstract

With a small investment, technology can transport your company from one end of the globe to the other. Thousands of BPO providers, for example, advertise online. When you find a remote service provider that meets your requirements, they can assist you in completing your task efficiently and within your budget. The most significant and useful advantage of BPO is that you do not have to compromise on service quality. Outsourcing firms primarily conduct cost-effective contributing services such as data entry and administrative work, rather than core business operations. Our plan is to implementation of task tree working application in the MetasonicBPO. Task tree is a virtual platform that provide large number of communication function that are related to a work and task performing in an organization. Employees can communicate properly and formally, easy to track message and communication and reliable to check and implement a task. Employees must be able to communicate information and remain up to speed on corporate working related to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Task tree is a staff communications app so useful for formal and informal communication in the organization like MetasonicBPO. This report has brief analysis of implementation of task tree and its usage in MetasonicBPO regarding product design, service, marketing, usage, and other things. This report is divided into three chapter. First chapter include introduction, objectives and focus area. Second chapter includes main theme, marketing mix, implementation, and execution.
