dc.description.abstract The food industry of Pakistan has been contributing immensely towards the GDP of the country. In the last few years, Rawalpindi and Islamabad has witnessed an astonishing surge in the number of local fast food and Local (Desi) restaurants whether they are startups or expansion of businesses. Our final project is based on problems faced by Café 89. There are many problems Café 89 is facing in their business operations. The aim of this project is to solve the problems of Café 89. We will help them to bring some sort of changes in their services and due to this the customer will be satisfied easily and brand image will be improved. Secondly, we will be providing them a platform where the staff of Café 89 will be trained, and their skills will be enhanced because a trained staff is the most important asset of any business if it is utilized properly then the business will be among the industry leaders. This project will also be helping Café 89 to improve its operation management systems because if the operations are strong then problems will not occur. Lastly, the project will help Café 89 to solve their uniformity problem in terms of processes, standards and the management of staff. Although there were also a few constraints including limited time, limited resource availability, travelling constraint along with limited budget for this project too. en_US
