dc.description.abstract Research purpose is to find out impact of Green human resource management practices on Environmental Sustainability in telecommunication sector of Lahore. To find the impact of the research, data were collected from employees of telecommunication sector of Lahore through a structured questionnaire and five points Likert scale was used to analyze the results. A sizable number of procedures, such as green recruitment & selection, green training and development, green reward & compensation, and green performance appraisal were selected for this study. These characteristics were the independent evaluation criteria and the dependent variable is environmental sustainability of the affiliations specialists. Data was collected from 153 employees by mode of questionnaires. To get extensive picture at a firm level hence study considered top management including CEOs and HR managers. Findings of research indicate that Green HRM has a significant impact on environmental sustainability. Research findings possibly provides practical implications to employees of telecommunication. en_US
