dc.description.abstract Today, the web-matured user wants specialization. Multipurpose portals no longer rule the roost. The emphas is today is on deep, relevant, specific and quality information. Job-hunting via the Internet simplifies the process of identifying outstanding opportunities This project is about a web resource called Job-Hunter, which provides online job and employee search with many other facilities. This is an employee-employer interaction system, with little or no third-party involvement. Targeted at smallscale employees, the system provides a secure, simple technique of posting vacancies and for posting candidate resumes. All transactions take place between Candidate and Employer. Users can access only those areas of the database that they have been authorized to. v en_US
