Online Tour Operating System

Abstract

The Online Tour Operating System is designed to facilitate tourists by providing them with an easy and better touring option in a cost effective and efficient manner. This system is solely based on customer services through which the user will have the option to prepare his own tour package by selecting his own choices from the choice lists provided by the site; the customer of the system in this case, is the user who intends to plan a tour. The user of the Online Touring Operating System will be provided with a map of the country and all the cities where the touring options are available by the system will be identified to him. The user will be required to identify his source(the place from where he wants to start his journey) and his destination(the place where he wants to reach).After the identification of source and destination, the user will be asked to choose the mode and the route of traveling from the list of the possible choices provided to him. The user will also have the option to view the list of hotels in the selected destination city and to ask for the reservation of the rooms in the hotel of his choice. The hotel charges for both single and double rooms in each hotel will be displayed against the hotel name. The user will also be asked for the other facilities which the site provides to its customers, if the user wants any of those facilities, he will be required to identify them by checking the boxes against each facility.
