dc.description.abstract Purpose – The aim of this study is to examine the impact of anxiety and negative team orientation of employee turnover while taking the job satisfaction as a mediating variable and the empirical findings on banking sector of Pakistan specifically Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Design/methodology/approach – To find the relation between dependent and independent variables simple regression model is used with the help of statistical package for social sciences SPSS that the anxiety and negative team orientation have an impact on the employee turnover in the bank and hence Job satisfaction is the mediating variable. Employee Turnover in a bank is dependent variable whereas anxiety and negative team orientation are the independent variables. The sample is based on banks located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and data is collected by primary means through questionnaires. Results – Simple regression analyses is used to show the results. As Negative team orientation and Anxiety decreases the job satisfaction while the job dissatisfaction increases which results to increase the turnover intention. en_US
