Inventory Control System

Abstract

The organization wishes to tmprove its manual inventory control system by implementing a computerized inventory control system. Administration wants to develop a computerized system, which in tum will enable the organization to maintain their inventory control system. The system to be developed will definitely improve the effectiveness of the working system at the organisation. The existing system performs two major tasks that of purchasing equipment and then selling it. All the information of the existing system is stored in this paper work. The new inventory system will be computer based. The developed system consists of different modules; these, when put together make up the new system. After successfully developing the proposed system, the new system is implemented. The implementation of the proposed system outlines various events that changed the new system in detail. The new system will replace the existing system and upgrade the system to a competent level of professionalism.
