dc.description.abstract For a company to succeed, employees must be happy. Because employment has an impact on one's well-being, it's in a company's best advantage to support and encourage it (Dewe and Cooper, 2012). Workers well-being is considered to be a flexible idea meaning “numerous person have number of things” .Moreover, in a vast style, well-being of employee “refers to person’s lives evaluation” (Diener et.al, 1999)or “ everything that is very significant in our lives and what kind of experience we have of those things in our lives” (Rath & Harter, 2010). In a slight style, well-being of employee is limited to one aspect, like satisfaction at work place (Cropanzano & Wright, 2001; Grant et al., 2007). Is employee happiness vital is important part of their live as well as their work place? Sure, why not? For many years we have the knowledge about that they have an influence on life of work and a slide of education have looked at the impact of employee happiness on productivity (Karapinar et al., 2019; Turban and Yan, 2016). How employee happiness affects job performance is less well known. Moreover, workers strength and well-being seems to be an integral part for making success in organization and also in their performance, as per evidence (Bakker et al., 2019; Turban and Yan, 2016).Plethora of researches have witness that improvement in organizational performance and productivity is always associate with employee happiness (Hewett et al., 2018), as well as satisfaction of the customer is preferred (Sharma et al., 2016). Organizational citizenship behavior (Tisu et al., 2020) and engagement of the employee (Mousa et al., 2020). en_US
