Purpose
The purpose and aim ofthis research is to find out or to investigate the effects of independent
variables (workplace Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination and victimization) on to the
employee performance.
Methodology & Design
The research model selected is explanatory. Research was done and carried out by using the
questionnaires. Basically the questionnaire was floated among the employees (such as
schools, hospitals and hotels etc.). 250 to 300 respondents responded to the universities,
floated questionnaire.
Findings
A superior thoughtful and findings was obtained about the factors that leave effect on to the
to the research, there is an optimistic, employee' performance. While focusing
considerable and significant effect of independent variables (workplace bullying, workplace
on
workplace discrimination and workplace victimization) on to the employee harassment,

Limitations
many challenges, like research representation of this study is focusing on only 4 There are
factors of the performance management (workplace bullying, workplace harassment,
workplace discrimination and workplace victimization). So, for this reason this research was
not able to experience other factors that impacts on to the performance of the employees.
However, there are many other factors those impacts on to the employee performance. Here,
we are doing research within the service sector only.
Recommendations
should be treated fairly and discrimination should be eliminated. Hence, All the employees
