Abstract:
Purpose
Pharmaceutical industries develop and produce pharmaceutical products. HRiVI is the
industry’s key center for implementing activities such as training and growth, recruiting and
selection, labor relations, and compensation and benefits. These procedures are concerned with
the use of human resources to carry out tasks in order to meet industrial goals and objectives.
Unfortunately, HR practices have remained largely unexplored, especially in the context of
pharmaceutical industries, particularly in Pakistan. Many research studies have been conducted
in various fields of human resource practices, but sadly, few studies have been conducted to
determine if there is a connection between payroll management and employee performance.
The purpose of present research is to determine connection between payroll management and
employee performance.
Methodology & Design
Research approach used in present investigation is quantitative. According to intent type of
research the present study is descriptive Research. Research design selected for the study is
descriptive.
Findings
Findings concludes that research purpose have significantly achieved and research article
highlights the connection between payroll management and employee performance. All the
variables were found to be significant except one.
Limitations

relationship between strategy and employee performance. Employee performance
measurements are essential for achieving the ultimate goal of organization that is more
