Abstract:
Purpose:
The purpose ofthis research study is to determine the components ofTraining & Development
currently being implemented at Habib Bank Limited and to analyze the impact of these
components on the career's growth ofits employees.
Methodology & Design:
This study is descriptive and quantitative in structure. To collect primary data, a well structured, closed-ended questionnaire was employed as a research tool. The SPSS software
is used to determine the link between each independent variable and the study's dependent
variable. Data is collected from bankers working in different banks of Karachi and as per
Ume Sekaran, sample size is 199.
Findings:
The Findings in the research have revealed the processes of improvement within the training
and career development session. The banking sector is responsible for enhancing employee
performance that can affect the productivity ofthe banks in the international industry.
Limitations:
The study gathered data from one bank which is Habib Bank Limited Karachi majorly due to
time constraints. Moreover, data from one industry was collected which limits the outcome
ofthe study.
Recommendations:
With the overall findings it is recommended that companies within the banking sector should
focus on providing efficient training to the employees. Along with this, the management needs
