dc.description.abstract The main focus of this research was to identify the impact of an aggressive supervisor on the employee's silence with two mediators as variables which were emotional exhaustion and organizational justice. The population in this study are the workers of construction companies in Islamabad and Rawalpindi which is emerging promptly. Questioners were one of the approaches used for collecting data. The sampling technique used in this investigation was the snowball technique followed by 199 samples. To analyze data spss software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that abusive supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee silence. Aggressive supervisors have a positive impact on employee exhaustion. Aggressive supervisors have a negative impact on organizational justice. Employee exhaustion and organizational justice mediate the relationship between aggressive supervisors of the employee silence. Companies are recommended to have a broad minded manager and strong management who does not tolerate abusive behaviors of supervisors towards the employee, they should listen to employees' input to eliminate employee silence .employees should be treated with respect and dignity, and there should be a strong sense to equality so that the organization can overcome employee exhaustion. Such contributions will make a huge difference in the employee outcome. en_US
