| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The reason to conduct this research is to analyze the factors that can affect firms to Green Procurement in Manufacture sector of Pakistan and benefits of getting this technology. This can be done by evaluating the effect of variables like Regulatory Pressure, Competitive Pressure and Top Management Commitment. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research is based on deductive method. Analysis has been done through quantitative approach for measurements and data collection. 291 responses was collected, targeting Manufacture industry in Pakistan. Findings: The research found that Regulatory Pressure, Competitive Pressure and Top Management Commitment have a strong and positive relation with green procurement and environmental performance. Regulatory Pressure, Competitive Pressure and Top Management Commitment have a significant and positive relation with each other. These positive relations help and motivate the firms to adopt green procurement. Limitations: The research only focuses the Manufacture sector of Pakistan and due to lack of attention from previous researchers on this subject causes limitations. | en_US |
