Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Profitability, Firm Size, Financial Leverage, and
Liquidity on the dividend payout. For which purpose penal data was gather from the listed companies of
cement sector trom the year 2014-2021 and E views test were performed and based on that the results were
made secondary data was collected from the sample of total 17 listed companies on stock exchanges and their
annual financial statement and financial reports were gathered and were analyzed to conclude the final results.
The factors that were considered for this study are Dividend Payout (Dependent variable) and Profitability,
Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Liquidity are considered as (Independent variable). Thus, this thesis examine
would how the companies should manage dividend payout and give understanding with reference to all the
independent variable based on that how companies manage to take decision with reference to payout. While
taking cement sector as based industries. Thus, this thesis will give a better understanding regarding the
behavior ofthe firm of cement sector keeping in mind their financial structure decision.
