dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research was to find out the impact of Green Workplace Environment and Sustainable Human Resources Management on Employee Green Engagement: Mediating role of Employee Environmental Passion energy sector firms of Pakistan. An employee’s passion is considered an essential element for the achievement of sustainability in any organization. In the same context, concrete effort was made to find out the relationship between the Green Workplace Environment and Sustainable Human Resources Management on Employee Green Engagement energy sector firms of Pakistan. : i Methodology & Design The research was explanatory in its nature, based on quantitative data which was collected through questionnaire duly filled by the employees. The sample size was 384 according to Sekaran (2005). We send questionnaire to 600 respondents however received 396 questionnaire. However after screening 32 responses were found incomplete. Hence the data of364 employees belonging to different departments of organizations were analyze for statistical testing. Findings The findings of have revealed that there is a significant amount of impact of Green Workplace Environment and Sustainable Human Resources Management on Employee Green Engagement. All the hypotheses have been accepted. Limitations was also having some limitations. Firstly, the taken into consideration the categorical nature ofthe variables. Secondly, the current researcher takes into cross-sectional data and focused on a particular segment. Recommendations The findings/results ofthis research can assist management of energy sector firms of Pakistan to concentrate upon the results and findings ofthis research. Through this study they can increase employee passion for the green activities in this era when sustainability is the need of time and they can further mature their Green HRM practices to beef up their prevailing employees’ green engagement. en_US
