Methodology & Design: The study is based on a quantitative survey of companies and their attitude and their intention towards the evolving Green principles. Explanatory research design is used to study this problem which was never researched in this way and this context before. Survey was carried out of 289 employees of manufacturing companies of Karachi participated through convenience sampling approach. The study utilizes self-administered questionnaire survey, and the target population is the employees of manufacturing companies of Karachi. The questionnaires were further processed and analyzed with the statistical program PLS by using deductive-research approach Findings: The findings revealed that there is positive significant relationship between the Green Human Resource Management (Green Recruitment and Selection, Green Development and Training, Green Employee Empowerment, Green Pay and Reward, Green Performance Management) on Green Supply Chain Management and then GSCM has a positive effect on the Overall Firm Performance. Limitations: There was a limitation ofTime, Resources and the Information were the most dominant one. As the Green Supply Chain is an evolving term in Pakistan so, companies are not inclined towards it. Time is the most precious and the limited thing we have in our life. If the study was given more time, resources, and information then it will be more accurate. Due to the time an resources limitation, we are unable to collect the larger number of sample size and the length of the study is also limited. Recommendations: The study would serve as a huge milestone in the areas of GHRM and GSCM and individual relationship of the firms with the sustainable environment within the society. The factors that have been highlighted in this research will not only improve the Green practices of Human resource but also help in this newly established domain within the Pakistani industry. en_US
