Abstract:
Purpose: The increasing dynamism & awareness among consumers have pushed the firms to
shift their focus towards implementing the practices of “green concepts”. Thus, firms are
working to streamline their operations in such a manner to address the environmental
concerns which ultimately improves their operational and financial performance.
Methodology & Design: To examine the role, a quantitative research methodology is
adopted while the research design is explanatory. The data for the research is gathered
through primary source which involves questionnaire as a tool, the sample size selected for
this research study is 300 respondents. The gathered data is than analyzed through statistical
test i.e. Regression software.
Findings: The results from the Regression indicates that, the variables for the study are
reliable and valid for this researching validated through Cronbach alpha readings. The results
from the Regression test shows that, all the independent research variables have significant
impact on overall firm performance by 62%. Thus all of these variable can create a
iability of 62% in overall firm performance. The research from our findings also indicates
that, all these independent variables can play their role in betterment offirm performance and
specifically the supply chain function.
