| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The main objective ofthe research is to find out the impact oftechnological integration on the operational performance during COVID-19 in pharmaceutical sector of Karachi Methodology and Design: Exploratory research design has adopted in the current research and the convenient sampling method is selected for collecting the data. A sample size of 384 research participant has obtained in the research and the collected data is analyzed by using different statistical analysis with the help of SPSS software. Findings: The findings of the study indicates that technology has significantly and positively impacted the operational performance of pharmaceutical organizations during COVID-19. Limitations: Time constraint and COVID-19 restrictions are main limitations of the current research. Due to the restrictions, direct data collection from research respondent is not conducted. Recommendation: The study recommends that pharmaceutical organizations must integrate technology in their business process for improving their operational performance during COVID 19. | en_US |
