Abstract:
Purpose
The sole purpose of this thesis is to understand the mediating impact of CSR between
Transformational Leadership in the FMCG sector in Karachi, Pakistan.
Methodology & Design
This research primarily focused on the FMCG firms based in Karachi, Pakistan. Employees
of FMCG were selected as a research population to know the relationship linking CSR
mediator and TL and JP. The sample size was 386. The research adopted non-probability,
convenience sampling techniques. Quantitative approach has been used in the study.
Mediating analysis was utilized for the analysis.
Findings
Transformational Leadership impacted both Job performance and Corporate Social
Responsibility. Additionally, CSR showed a positive relationship with JP of employees.
Limitations
Considering the fact that there is always a space for improvement there are some limitations
involved in this study that could be considered in future. The first and foremost shortcomings
of our study are that we have used convenience sampling. Moreover, we have only collected
data from the FMCG sector of Karachi, Pakistan. In addition to this, our time frame for data
