dc.description.abstract The aim of this research work is the reservoir characterization and lithofacies analysis of Kawagarh formation. Reservoir characterization means to evaluate the reservoir characterization include porosity and permeability and these are determined from fracture analysis. In fracture analysis there are two types of fractures opened and filled. From fracture analysis fracture density is 0.33 gcm(^-3) average porosity is 7.4 percent average permeability is 2.5*10^7 Darcy which concludes that Kawagarh Formation can act as a good reservoir. en_US
