dc.description.abstract Fitness is an art of keeping oneself fit and healthy Staying active means keeping your body working at high level. Ending up physically fit requires an adjustment in way of life also. You should consolidate a customary exercise routine in your life. Exercise will likewise enhance muscle quality, increment joint adaptability. Another primary advantage of physical action is that it diminishes the risk of heart disease also, it can diminish your risk of stroke, colon cancer, diabetes and hypertension. We are building an application in which the user can attain the shape and stay fit without a physical trainer as your phone will be your trainer. We choose building this application considering the fact that not every one of us has the knowledge to start exercises or do it the right way. It happens so that sometimes you are doing the right exercise but not doing it as it is supposed to be done, our application caters this problem. The objective of the project is to design an interactive fitness monitoring application for smart phones en_US
