Abstract:
The focus of this project is upon human resource management and recruitment process.
This project is about creating a platform which will automate the screening interview
in the recruitment process. An initial interview of a candidate is taken by the HR of the
organization to get information about candidate. The victim of this process is the HR
of the organization who must call each candidate and store all this data manually. This
phase of the recruitment process has been a major issue in speeding the process. This
project will automate this process which will speed up the screening process. Using this
system, the recruiter will design an interview for a job which will be conducted with
each candidate individually and store all that data. To make an interview a recruiter
saves the interview information and then design the interview. Each interview has a
start and end date between which it is conducted and the duration also. Each recruiter
has their own question bank in which they can store their questions. The recruiter
designs the interview flow using their questions as well as admin questions which are
available to all recruiters. The recruiter can also add a new question in their questions
bank during designing the interview. The interview is designed using system visual
interview questions builder. For designing the interview, the recruiter can use templates
for the interviews which the system provides. The recruiter can update any question in
the interview while designing too. After designing the interview, the candidate’s
information is taken from the interview. Candidates are informed about the interview
using email. The recruiter uploads the candidates file which contains their emails. Email
subject and other messages are also taken from the recruiter. When a candidate clicks
the link which is in the email body, they are redirected to the interview conducting page
where the system chatbot takes their interview and stores their chat information. The
candidates can give interview only between the specified time and dates which the
recruiter selects during making the interview. The recruiter can view each interview
result. In the interview result all candidates interview conducted information is given.
The results are calculated based on the answers candidates give. The recruiter can sort
these results to view candidate of their preference. The admin user will manage users,
interviews, categories, questions, and their profile. An admin can add new category
only and add questions in the admin bank which will be available to all the recruiters
to design their interviews.
An admin can view all interviews made by the recruiters and other statistical data. Each
user of the system has a profile which they can manage.
