This research will explore The Impact of Ethical Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour with the moderating role of Workplace Ostracism on the public sector universities of Islamabad. This research is based on exploring the direct or indirect relation of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour and with the moderating role of ostracism on the employees of universities.
