dc.description.abstract Fintech is combination of technology and finance , the use of technology to deliver innovative financial products and services define fintech. The study investigate the impact of fintech adoption on competitiveness and performance of banking industry in Pakistan . Questionnaire used in this study for the collection of data and the empirical test run on the bases of 150 responses of official working employees and managers . The finding of this study shows that fintech adoption have a significant impact on competitiveness and competitiveness outcomes show that competitiveness leads to performance of banking industry of Pakistan . The another findings indicate that there is direct relation between fintech adoption and performance of bank due to proper implementation of technology and adoption of financial technology . The research is significant because banking sector play a vital role in the success of Pakistan so its competitiveness and performance is important en_US
