Abstract:
The GHRM play a vital role in the sustainability of institutions, this study observes the GHRM practices in private educational institutes. The sample of 83 respondents in which teachers, management staff and head of institutions are included. The result of the study shows negative relation of GHRM and Managerial level with private educational institutes and on the other side employment level staff shows positive behavior towards green practices.
