Temperament Based Musix Match Recommendation System Using AI

Abstract

Deciding on perfect music according to our mood can be a nightmare if the music library consists of many options. The primary objective of our project Musix Match is to provide all the possible suggestions that fit the user’s likings/mood. The examination of the facial expressions may lead to a better understanding of the current mood of the user. The genre Of Music is quite large and when it comes to recommending music we have quite some options. Facial expressions say a lot about a person. Most humans use facial expressions more often to express themselves rather than using words. A survey performed in 2006 in the United States of America states that about 55 percent of the music listeners believe that at some point their respective library collection got so large that it becomes strenuous to select the desired music. So Musix Match provides functionality to the user where the user will be able to get the perfect recommendation. The user doesn’t have to browse the internet for hours trying to find the music that satisfies his/her mood.
