Abstract:
The software is used to organize the inte1national conferences which need proper management of all the activities. To an-ange an international conference following tasks are to be performed from management perspective • Conference agenda has to be set. • participants have to be identified and informed. • documents and files needed in the conference should be an-anged. • Speakers of the conference have to be identified. • Participants point of views have to be taken about the agenda. • Awards need to be given to deserving performers of their field. • Incentives should be given to all the participants to participate in the conference. o Feedbacks from the participants needs to be taken.
