dc.description.abstract Milk is a wonderful natural supplement that plays a key role in the development of the mind and body, it is one of the primary sources of calcium, minerals and vitamins. Adulterated milk is a major problem in the developing countries such as Pakistan. Consumption of adulterated milk can result in problems related to heart and other vital organs of the human body, it can result in cancer and in some extreme cases, death. MilkAbility is a smart milk quality analyzer which can help identify and differentiate between pure safe-to-consume milk, and adulterated milk by conducting various tests such as pH, Temperature, Total-Dissolved- Solids and Fat-content tests. Although there are more than 15 tests that are conducted by milk experts, most of them are chemical based. Chemical based tests are very accurate, but they are slow and require a lot of time. On the other hand, MilkAbliity is totally digital and can produce results with a matter of seconds. This is due to All-Electronics-No-Chemical or (AENC) approach with the help of new generations of Microcontrollers and sensors. The most important sensor used in MilkAbility is self-made fat sensor that works on the principle of photometry. The heart of MilkAbility is the Raspberry Pi Pico RP 2040. And the sensors include DS18B20, KeyStudio TDS Sensor, pH 4052c, and DIY Fat Sensor V1.0. en_US
