dc.description.abstract The proposed project is a Departmental Management System which can replace the present manual system. It can also give an easy interface for maintaining the information about the project. It is based on the web. The system can become a management model for the Bahria University Islamabad. The manual work takes a lot of time and is difcult to comprehend. There are fve components of this project, each for every department coordinator. These include the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Community Service Program (CSP), Final Year Project (FYP), Internship, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) coordinator blocks. There are two interfaces that the administrator can use to manage this system: one for administration, and the other one for client management. The system is safer than the manual system and will be safer than the user authentication by using the IP coordinator login. This portal is meant for the department coordinators. The user can also track the progress and give remarks on the website. Events can be held according to the coordinator’s schedule. The data can be imported and exported, as these options are on the website. The mobile application is also like the website version and has the same functionality. It is possible to integrate the project’s primary goal with the overall participants of the project. With the help of an online collaboration system, they can exchange information about the task at hand in a very systematic manner. en_US
