Counter Automation System for Pakistan Post

Abstract

Counter Automation System for Pakistan Post Office is converted from manual system to computerized system. This system allows Management of PPO to monitor the activities of items manipulations effectively. Previously PPO Management used Manual Ledgers to maintain these records but it was not authentic and accurate. Now with the development of new system, most of the Activities/Services related to Counter Automation System are computerized. The new computerized system is a unique system unlike any other system. This system is divided into four major modules i.e. Administrator, Supervisor and Clerical. The system is covering the major services offered by the PPO which are categorized into Postal Services, Provincial Taxes and Saving Banlc .
