Director Works & Chief Engineer's (DW&CE) Information and Management System (HR Posting)

Abstract

With the evolution of computer science the concept of Databases took birth. Now modem trend of Databases is setting. Its growth in Organization to form their own Databases to make work easy, fast and shareable with help of computers. On the basis of the Databases, an administrator is the key per~on who looks after the Database that's why the idea of administrator stronger then the previous role he performed, which proposed that each activity performed in the Database should be in his awareness and he could perform his tasks accordingly i.e.; every activity should be monitored, perform and processed by administrator. The project named "DW &CE Information and Management System" is developed for GHQ (ARMY). The developed system will be useful to manage the information of Director Works & Chief Engineer's Office (GHQ) employees. and making various types of reports like Nominal Role, Outstanding Moves Information and Rank Wise etc. This application also keeps the records in the database so that the navigation, insertion, updation & deletion will be much faster then the old file based system. By the use of the normalization process redundancy of the records is avoided & the security of the whole system is also enhanced.
