Human being is busy to mold the life towards the ease not only in his home but also in the offices. With the evolution of computer science the concept of Databases took birth. Now modem trend of Databases is setting. Its growth in Organization to form their own Databases to make work easy, fast and shareable with help of computers. On the bases of the Database, an administrator is the key person who looks after the Database that's why the idea of administrator is .stronger then the previous role he perfumed, which proposed that each activity performed in the Database should be in his awareness and he could perform his tasks accordingly i-e every activity should be monitored, performed and processed by the administrator. We tried to work in this field and named this software as "DSHRM" (Digital Spinners Human Resource Management). Although this is a very vast topic and need lot of research and work but here we tried to build our project while considering some or few of its aspects | en_US |
