| dc.description.abstract | The setup and design of CIS Swat resulted due to the intention of providing the rural areas of Pakistan that wish to develop and acquire knowledge but they do not have any access to information because of non-availability of the Internet. Our report basically covers all th~ steps that we undertook in order to let CIS Swat be born in the northern regions of Pakistan. The following summarizes the contents of the thesis.
