School Management System

Abstract

School Management System is a Management Information System. It is developed for Asas International School Islamabad. Through this system school Principal can monitor the fee and salary calculation, employees and students' attendance and promotion of classes after the final exam. The School was previously using paper registers and files to maintain the record but that was not only time consuming to search any infolmation but also were not safe. In manual system it was easy to hide mistakes from administration but in computerized system it is not possible because as Administration can check anything without depending on information being provided by any employee. School Management System has the capability to automatically generate unique registration number for students that can identify student registration year also. Moreover there is a unique number for employee's identification through which the designation category can also be identified. School Management System has provided online registration facility as well, through which applicant can register from anywhere. A unique registration number is allocated to the applicant on successful registration. School Management System has been developed according to the current requirements of Asas International School Islamabad.
