dc.description.abstract Formerly work in any organisation was passed manually from one participant (or worker) to the other for processing. In some organisations the delivery was automated but the work was still done manually. Due to the technical advancements and enhancements in workflow technology now it is the process itself that is automated. A Workflow Management System is now used to distribute and manage work of any organisation or system. Now within the automated business process a work item or data or data set is created, and is processed and changed in stages at a number of processing points to meet the business goals. The aim of this project "Workflow Builder" is to design a software solution by which we would be able to graphically represent the workflow of any organisation or operation. Certain types of steps and connections will be provided in the software so as to diagrammatically define a business process or system of any organisation. It v.~ll be easier, especially due to the graphical nature of this software, to analyse the Workflow of any system or organisation and to pinpoint operational flaws. en_US
