Abstract

Pakistan Post Office is state enterprise dedicated to provide wide range of postal products and public services. It is the Premier national postal communication service holding together a vast country with a large population We have intended to automate three services. The reason of selection of these services is their criticality in everyday usage. These services namely are, Agency functions, Pension payment, Postal Banking. The postal automation system maintains records of basic business process. And that is to oe automated through this software in a computer hardware store. The system keeps the records of all the information relevant to agency functions and pension and postal banking. Facility of entering new records is provided to counter clerk .it further facilitates the . management by preparing reports on demand to influence business decisions.
