Abstract:
Purpose
The impact of training, financial rewards, leaders behavior and trainer’s role on employees
motivation effectiveness in the Textile sector is the subject ofthis research. The purpose ofthe
study was to research the relationship between training, financial rewards, and trainers role on
employee motivation, and analysis the benefits of training and development in the textile
sector, and to assess the influence and motivated employees with training on textile sector
employees which increase the performance.
Methodology & Design
This research is based on causal and the general relationship in textile sector. Data is collected
through out questionnaire from employees working in different textile companies. Sample size
ofthe research is 300, Research Data is calculate and run through SMART PLS software for
checking accuracy of hypothesis.
Findings
The questionnaire was distributed in a total of384 copies in different textile sector in Karachi.
And 300 were completed and returned on time, while 84 were not. The descriptive statistics
were used to display and interpret the data collected in the field
Limitations
The ground ofthis study is limited to the people with the city of Karachi manufacturing and
exporting textile sector. This research cannot be generalized to other countries textile sector
research conducted results shown 300 sample.
Recommendations
There is a significant interrelation between training, financial reward, leader behavior, trainer’s
role in employee motivation, according to the findings. The objective is to improve improved
training tactics and gives more rewards beside their gross salary and leaders behavior towards
employees create satisfaction also reduce retention. Methodology & Design, Results indicated
the trainer’s role is more positive impact on employee’s motivation and development.
