Abstract:
Purpose
The main aim ofthis study was to investigate the impact of Strategic role on the HRM sector of
Pakistan.
Methodology
The methodology for this study included primary quantitative design with convenience sampling
and regression correlation analysis technique along with reliability analysis.
Findings
The findings demonstrated that there is an impact of HRM practices in bringing organizational
change in IT sector of Pakistan
Conclusion
In this research the primary concern to be investigated was the role of HRM in these difficult
times. Although it is understood that in recent times at the beginning of the new decade, certain
HR policies were explicitly created to deal with employees and maintain decorum. The primary
aim of the study is to investigate the role played by HRM in terms ol constructing policies and
practices in Karachi’s IT sector. The perception of organizational support is related to global
beliefs developed by the employee about the extent to which the organization values its
contributions and takes care of its well-being. Contextualizing the HRM sector ot IT companies
in Karachi explains that the state is composed of multinationals, national, large and small
companies, many family businesses and more than 150 startups.
