dc.description.abstract Purpose The main purpose of this study is specifically to analyze the Impact of Enterprise Resource Planning on Supply Chain Management in Textile Firm of Pakistan. Methodology & Design Quantitative analysis is used to study this research. 280 responses are collected from the employees of Textile firm of Karachi. A questionnaire is adopted to gather the data and then the data were examined through SPSS. Further Reliability and regression were used to check the link between variables. Findings The results show that ERP plays key role to achieve effective impact on Employee performance, it’s becoming a key way to automized the manufacturing activities and have positive impact on control of reducing wastage, lead time management as well as in process development. Limitations The limitation for this study work is limited to Textile firms and it was difficult to research in Covid-19. Collection of data was done by questionnaire only and this is quantitative research Recommendations ERP plays an important role to active the Manufacturing and supply chain performance in Textile firm of Pakistan to enhance their export along quality assuranceand it will become easier to achieve the Export Target by control to Reduce the Waste, lead time management and process development. en_US
