dc.description.abstract Purpose Purpose ofthe research work is to check the psychological impact of covid 19 lockdown on employee performance. The COVID 19 pandemic presents a lot of psychological problems for employees. Many workers are forced to work from home while still caring for children and limiting social interaction to family members. Working from home and social distancing laws limit the amount ofsocial help available, which is a key protective factor against mental health problems. But these lockdown issues have created stress, anxiety and depression. This study has analyzed the effect ofthese factors on the employee performance. Methodology & Design The research conducted was Quantitative research in nature and the data was collected through simple random sampling technique Targeted population ofLiaquat National Hospital are 4000 employees. The sample size was set to 363 respondents and data was collected from entire sample for analysis. The Research instrument used was adopted questionnaire. This research work used the descriptive, reliability analysis- including Cronbach’s alpha value, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Findings Finding shows that PID, PIS and PIA have an impact on employee performance. It also shows that there is low value of PIS correlation. It means that there is high stress in the employees. R indicates the overall relationship between independent variables and dependent variable, cumulative value of association is .737 that indicates the strong relationship between these variables and the value ofr-squared is .543 which indicates that the model under consideration in this specific research has brought 54.3% change in the DV (employee performance) due to the IVs (Stress, Depression and Anxiety). P- Value (.000) is less than 0.05. Implications: It recommended that PIS (stress) should be managed in these employees. These employees have high value ofstress. Stress creates an impact on the employee performance. It will effect on the performance of the organization. It also recommended that anxiety and depression should be managed. It is affecting on the employee performance. Employees should follow SOP, s to minimize the influence ofthe corona. There were some limitations to complete this research work. There was limited access to the concerned participants/respondents. There was limited timescale. There was budget constraint en_US
